This is definitely a song I have playing when I'm in the middle writing a heavily erotic scene. I like the pulsing beat to it, that low thumping bass works wonders on my subconscious.

There is something about this song that pulls my brain right into the middle of hot, naked, sweaty, sex. I don't know if it's a throwback to the latent highschool hormones that have survived all this time...because I LOVED this movie back then, and still. What about you? I rely on music for inspiration while I'm writing. I don't have one set genres of music I enjoy. (Go figure since I can't write one specific genre either.) But, having said that you will see a trend, I do err on the side of heavier rock for the most part.

Originally, I'd planning to make a list but then decided sharing the songs themselves would be much more fun. :) That way if I'm working on a project I can give you a sneak peek into an upcoming book.

This particular song I came across while researching. It's not direct inspiration for a single story at the moment but damn it's hot and I've added it to my play list for times when I need some inspiration.
